Mike Esposito is dedicated to shaping UVA’s brand and driving creative innovation as the graphic designer for Enrollment. He focuses on solving challenges, collaborating with teams, and bringing fresh ideas to life to support the University’s mission and make a positive impact.
Full Bio
Mike brings a strong background in higher education branding and marketing. Before joining the UVA team, Mike led high-performing teams at institutions like West Virginia University, where he served as Executive Creative Director, and Purdue University, where he worked as an Art Director and Designer. He’s excited to bring his expertise and collaborative spirit to the University of Virginia, helping shape its brand and continue pushing creative boundaries.
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, he holds a degree from Columbia College Chicago. He’s a first-generation Italian-American and college graduate. Outside of work, Mike is a soccer fan and charcuterie enthusiast.
